Richard has been working with me since March, he has me working hard but it's enjoyable and not militant as sometimes is associate with training. Richard pushes me enough to test my limits and achieve new goals the results are noticeable I'm losing inches my body shape is changing I'm starting to like the person I'm becoming.
The education isn't just physical he's educating me on what foods to eat and when ie. What I need to eat to help my muscles repair and recover, the correct fats to eat, protein education and so on.
All in all I cannot recommend Richard enough I look forward to my weekly workouts they're a real break and stress relief from everyday life and he's a really good guy to work with.
I've been training with Rich for 3 months and achieved my initial goals - the main one being an improved cardio. My endurance, recovery rate and resting heart rate have improved along with my strength and muscle tone. I have a lot more energy these days and always look forward to training sessions.
Enthusiastic and good humoured, Richard is always encouraging. From the beginning Richard has provided a carefully considered and individual programme so each work out has been tailored to my individual needs and abilities. The variety also ensures the work out does not become stale and boring.

He has also provided a series of exercises to complete myself at home to support the programme. I enjoy each session and have even been motivated to buy my own weights etc.

I was looking for a personal trainer and Rich was recommended to me. I didn't just want motivation, support and a work out plan, but wanted to explore body movement and how this could improve both physical and mental health - a healthy mind is veery important.
Rich is excellent both in the gym and with body movement. Every gym session is different, which makes it more interesting and fun. Rich will push you and encourage you to work harder. I always feel better for this and the results soon showed. Rich always picks up if I am having an off day and don't feel good.
